Inside Sales Manager - SaaS

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and oversee the management for the inside sales team, ensuring KPI performance against targets
  • Establish and continually improve sales processes, procedures, sales channel approach, and mix to drive optimal sales results
  • Hold regular pipeline review meetings
  • Develop sales scripts and messaging, making ongoing amendments as necessary
  • Develop best practices for software selling as input into the global software sales competency centre
  • Research and identify target contacts and decision makers for prospecting activity
  • Oversee the consistent inside sales staff training, coaching for performance, and provide support to create a passionate and motivated team of employees as well as manage performance
  • Ensure that sales goals are thoughtfully developed and executed
  • Collaborate with sales operations specialist to drive efficiencies through process improvement and marketing automation
  • Assign responsibilities, provide direction, leadership, and coaching, remove barriers as needed to enable software account managers to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with both field-based sales team and field engineers to provide an outstanding experience to key customers & Additional duties, as assigned

Experience required :

  • Bachelor Degree in related field of study or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six (6) years’ experience required; Minimum three (3) years’ experience leading people and teams
  • SaaS experience
  • Previous experience working within an aggressive out-bound prospecting inside sales team

Must have skills :

  • Excellent people management skills and an ability to drive sales results.
  • Strong background in customer relations
  • Experience with chat and inbound phone systems
  • Excellent analytical, time management and leadership skills
  • Strong systems, data analysis and CRM skills, Email marketing
  • Ability to identify & use software tools to drive sales & productivity
